Job description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at our plasma center located in Maryville, TN!
This role offers an amazing benefits package, not overnights, and competitive pay!


Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  1. Responsible for all aspects of the donor center in the absence of the Director of Center Operations Center.
  2. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, local, and company-specific rules, regulations, and practices related to the quality and safety of products, donors, and employees.
  3. Work with center leadership to develop action plans to maximize center efficiency.
  4. Responsible for all personnel functions including hiring, assignment and direction of work, development and training, disciplinary actions and termination, and the maintenance of all personnel records.
  5. Participate in the evaluation and review of center staff.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience including one (1) year experience in a supervisory position, preferably in a regulated industry or;
  3. Associate’s Degree in Science or Business Management.
