Job summary

Mars Food Nutrition on Australia’s Central Coast is seeking a Reliability Manager to own the site maintenance program and lead a high-performing team. You will partner with Production Managers to improve asset reliability and minimize downtime, shaping the strategic direction for maintenance.

You will manage the maintenance budget, drive continuous improvement, and analyze key KPIs. A relevant Engineering degree or trade with leadership, plus CMMS/SAP familiarity, are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience leading maintenance teams.
• Familiarity with CMMS/ERP systems (SAP).
• CMRP or Lean/Six Sigma certifications are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership to the maintenance team and develop a high-performance culture.
• Lead development and deployment of the site maintenance strategy to maximise asset lifecycle and plant reliability.
• Own the site maintenance budget and manage stores inventory to ensure parts availability.
• Rigorously analyse KPIs including maintenance spend and reliability metrics.
• Oversee engineering and maintenance projects to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
