Job summary

Unite Resourcing seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team across WA, focusing on reliability, downtime reduction and safe plant performance. This hands-on role oversees preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance across multiple facilities in Perth.

You will drive improvements while coordinating shutdowns and managing contractors. Ideal candidates bring heavy industrial experience, CMMS planning skills, and a strong safety ethos, with flexibility to work up to 50 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong background in heavy industrial, manufacturing, quarrying, mining, cement, concrete or asphalt environments.
• Experience with CMMS-based maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
• A hands-on approach with a strong safety focus.
• Ability to work up to 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventative, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Coordinate shutdowns, repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Drive plant reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage contractors, OEMs and specialist trades.
• Investigate equipment failures and implement long-term solutions.
• Support plant upgrades and capital improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, permit and isolation procedures.
