Pearl Recruitment Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Bullsbrook operations in WA. The role leads daily production activities, supports the team, and ensures plant health, quality and safety standards in a fast-paced nursery environment.

The successful candidate will have prior team-leading experience, strong communication skills, and full Australian working rights. The position offers a permanent, full-time appointment with a salary of AU$75,000–$90,000 plus super.

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities.
