Job summary

McCosker Contracting is seeking skilled and safety-focused plant operators for local project sites in Gladstone. Roles include Dozer, Excavator (incl final trim), Roller, Loader, HR Truck, and Articulated Dump Truck.

Start date is immediate; roster is Monday to Friday, with weekend work where available. Candidates must hold a Manual Driver Licence and Construction Industry Card (White/Blue) and be willing to complete medical assessments and inductions. Based in Queensland, multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Manual driving licence required.
• Construction Industry Card (White/Blue) required.
• Must be willing to complete medical assessments and inductions.

Responsibilities

• Operate Dozer, Excavator, Roller, Loader, HR Truck and ADT on project sites.
• Follow safety procedures and work collaboratively with the team.
• Maintain equipment and report faults as needed.

McCosker Contracting is seeking skilled and safety-focused plant operators for local project sites in Gladstone.

We are looking for the following operators: Dozer, Excavator (incl final trim), Roller, Loader, HR Truck, Articulated Dump Truck

What You’ll Need:

• Manual Driver Licence
• Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)
• Willingness to complete medical assessments, drug & alcohol screening, and inductions
