Our Malanda team is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join the Road Services department as a full-time permanent Plant Operator / Formsetter (Construction). A Skid Steer ticket and demonstrated experience are mandatory for this role.
The Plant Operator / Formsetter is a key member of the Construction team, responsible for delivering high quality workmanship throughout the Tablelands Region. This multifaceted role requires technical trade skills in formwork and concreting, alongside proficient operation of plant. The position also provides essential skilled labouring support during peak project phases or when operational requirements shift, ensuring the team maintains momentum and meets deadlines.
