Job summary

Unyte, an established Australian civil construction company, seeks experienced Excavator, Dozer, Moxy and Compactor Operators for a major inland rail project in the Cootamundra region of New South Wales. You will operate a modern fleet and contribute to earthworks across this high-profile program.

You will work safely and efficiently, perform pre-starts, use GPS machine control to achieve design accuracy, and collaborate with supervisors and project teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' civil construction experience.
• Proven final trim experience.
• GPS machine control experience (Trimble, Topcon or equivalent).
• Current White Card and driver's licence; RIW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant safely and efficiently across civil construction projects.
• Complete final trim operations to specification.
• Utilise GPS machine control systems to achieve design accuracy.
• Conduct pre-starts and routine plant inspections.
• Maintain high productivity and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and project teams.

Due to significant project wins across New South Wales, Unyte is seeking experienced Excavators, Dozer, Moxy and Compactor Operators to join our growing team on a major rail infrastructure project. This role is part of the inland rail in Cootamundra and surrounds.
