Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing leadership with P&L, safety, quality, and inventory management.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish plant short and long-range operating objectives; oversee production, warehouse, maintenance and quality.
• Direct, manage and develop supervisory personnel for safe, efficient operations.
• Establish and enforce safety programs and procedures.
• Create and monitor the plant budget; analyze P&L; drive profitability improvements.
• Identify raw material sources; negotiate supplier contracts; ensure quality of supplies.
• Set compensation levels to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and high customer service levels.
• Collaborate with regional ops, sales and corporate for plant efficiency.
• Develop community relations to promote a positive company image.
