Job summary

Future Generation Joint Venture, a joint venture involving WeBuild, Clough and Lane, is delivering Snowy 2.0 in the Snowy Mountains, NSW. The Manager of Plant & Equipment will coordinate P&E packages, oversee procurement, maintenance, and operation of all site plant and equipment, and work with multiple disciplines to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in mechanical engineering or related field.
• White Card certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of plant and equipment in construction is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Plant & Equipment Director in managing procurement, maintenance and operation of all site plant/equipment.
• Lead and mentor the P&E engineering team to meet project objectives.
• Collaborate with Construction and Technical teams to develop scopes for P&E work.
• Forecast costs with Finance and project teams and monitor budgets.
• Prepare scopes of work for subcontractors and manage supplier performance.
• Maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
