Job summary

Troy Laboratories Pty is seeking a hands-on Plant Engineer to join the Operational Engineering team at our Glendenning site. You will support maintenance strategy, reliability initiatives and capital project delivery to ensure equipment availability, regulatory compliance and business continuity.

You will coordinate engineering resources, contractors, maintenance activities and projects while fostering a safe, compliant manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in plant engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of WHS requirements and contractor safety.
• Experience with maintenance strategies, reliability initiatives and capex delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, reliable and compliant operation of site facilities and equipment.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Drive reliability, uptime and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate contractors and ensure safe work practices and required certifications.
• Support GMP/compliance, equipment validation and calibration.
• Troubleshoot machinery and facility issues to assist production.
• Execute capital projects on time and within budget.
• Assist long-term capital planning and engineering improvements.
