What You’ll Be Doing:

As Reliability Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of a high-performing manufacturing operation. Leading the maintenance team and partnering with key stakeholders across the site, you will champion a safety-first culture while optimising plant performance through preventative maintenance, capital projects, and operational excellence initiatives.
