Job summary

Mineral Resources (MinRes) is seeking an experienced Fixed-Plant Planning Superintendent for our Wodgina operations on a 4:3 roster. The role reports to the Fixed Plant Maintenance Manager and leads the planning team to drive reliability and optimal shutdown execution.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety and efficiency across mine site planning activities in Western Australia.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Fixed Plant Planning or Maintenance within mining.
• Trade qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical; Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor.
• Proven track record leading reliability improvements and shutdown projects.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Knowledge of Master Data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning team, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources, adherence to schedules, and compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track reliability metrics, shutdown performance, and project milestones.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, training, and support to team members.
