Job summary

Mace Group is seeking a capable Planning Lead to drive delivery across construction projects and tenders. You will define schedules, monitor performance, and guide cross‑functional teams to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities include strategic direction, safety and quality compliance, and building strong client relationships while promoting wellbeing and inclusion. We value continuous improvement and collaborative knowledge sharing, with potential hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in built environment or related field.
• Experience delivering planning services across construction projects.
• Proficient in planning tools, programme development and stakeholder engagement.
• Working towards CIOB, APM or PMI qualification.

• Working towards a recognised professional qualification (e.g. CIOB, APM or PMI).
