Job summary

Macmahon Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our Moranbah site in Queensland. You’ll plan and coordinate maintenance across projects, ensuring work is scheduled safely and efficiently to maximise fleet availability and reliability.

You’ll work with supervisors, trades and operations to keep downtime to a minimum. Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance, you’ll develop short- and long-term maintenance plans, monitor execution and adjust schedules to changing

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Maintenance Planner role within a mining, heavy industry or mobile equipment environment.
• Demonstrated experience with maintenance planning and scheduling systems such as SAP, Pronto or similar CMMS platforms.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse maintenance requirements, prioritise competing demands and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, respect and doing things the right way.

About the Role

With a commencement date of November 2026 and reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance, this site-based role is suited to an reliable Maintenance Planner. You'll plan and coordinate maintenance activities across our Project, ensuring work is scheduled safely and efficiently to maximise fleet availability and reliability. Working closely with supervisors, tradespeople and operational stakeholders, you'll develop maintenance plans, manage schedules and make daily adjustments to respond to changing operational priorities. You'll work alongside experienced teammates who share knowledge and support each other to get the job done safely and efficiently.
