Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Planner for on-site regional infrastructure works in Victoria. You will develop, maintain and monitor schedules that support safe, efficient delivery, collaborating with project managers, engineers and construction teams to keep activities aligned with scope, cost and risk assumptions.

You will build baselines, monitor progress, and provide schedule insight for informed decision-making and on-time delivery across multiple regional projects.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in engineering or construction management.
• Experience in a planning or scheduling role on construction projects.
• Proficient in scheduling software such as Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Prepare baseline, look-ahead and recovery plans.
• Integrate engineering, procurement and construction activities.
• Track progress and flag variances, risks and issues early.
• Assess critical path, float and schedule logic.
• Coordinate updates with project managers and discipline specialists.
• Feed schedule data into monthly and performance reports.

Our regional project teams are based on site, close to the communities they serve, delivering complex works safely and to a high standard.

About Opportunity

As Planner, you will develop, maintain and monitor project schedules that support safe, efficient delivery of regional infrastructure works. Reporting to the Senior Planner, you will work alongside project managers, engineers, construction teams and procurement to keep schedules accurate and aligned with approved scope, cost and risk assumptions. You will provide the schedule insight that informs decisions, supports on-time delivery and keeps every part of the project connected.
