About the role

The Surgery, Endoscopy & Anaesthesia Division is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Planned Surgery & Endoscopy Access Team as a Scheduler. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and effective delivery of care by managing patient data and scheduling appointments for surgical and endoscopic procedures.

Key responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter patient data into patient management systems
  • Schedule appointments for patients on the preparation list
  • Provide customer service to patients and their carers
  • Perform office duties as required
About you:
