Job summary

Burleigh Pavilion on the Gold Coast is seeking both an experienced and an entry-level Pizza Chef to operate our woodfire pizza oven and help deliver great coastal dining experiences.

You will stretch dough by hand, ensure meal quality and presentation, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment while working in a friendly team.

• Pizza making experience is essential.
• Experience working in a commercial kitchen.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
