Pierluigi is looking for an experienced pizza yolo to join our team at our BRAND NEW location in Toorak. Pierluigi is an Artisan Italian Pasticceria with a focus on Italian/Roman style focaccia pizza (pizza a taglio).

Requirements / Qualifications

• Flexible hours available
• Experience of at least 3 years
• Confidence & experience in making Italian style focaccia & pizza
• Confidence & experience in equipment use such as provers, dough sheeter, ovens etc.
• Knowledge & understanding of food safety and product wastage

• Displays sense of responsibility & leadership
• Displays cleanliness & keeps work area clean
