Reporting to the Quarry Manager your role will be to build and develop a motivated production team to achieve company safety, environmental and financial targets. You will ensure that the quarry pit development process is carried out in a cost-effective manner with a focus on continuous improvement to achieve business objectives and targets, ensuring that all customer, safety and environmental requirements are met.
