BMD is seeking experienced Pipelayers and Civil Construction Professionals to join our Townsville team, delivering subdivision and road projects that support North Queensland communities.

You will work on sewer, stormwater and water infrastructure with a focus on safety, compliance and high-quality outcomes. With relocation assistance available and structured development, this role offers long-term career opportunities within a leading contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction projects with a focus on safety.
• Experience installing sewer, stormwater and water infrastructure.
• Minimum 3 years' recent experience in a similar role.
• Construction White Card and strong safety compliance.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to subdivision and road construction projects in Townsville.
• Install and coordinate sewer, stormwater and water infrastructure works.
• Work safely and effectively within a team to deliver infrastructure.
• Support leading hands and project teams on site.

Working across subdivision and road construction projects, you'll play a key role in delivering critical infrastructure that supports growing communities throughout North Queensland.

Whether you're an experienced Pipelayer, Leading Hand or skilled civil construction professional, you'll be joining a business that invests in its people and provides genuine long-term career opportunities.

About You

We're looking for motivated and safety-focused professionals who have:

• Experience in civil construction projects
• Experience installing sewer, stormwater and water infrastructure
• Minimum 3 years' recent experience in a similar role
• Construction White Card
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• The ability to work effectively within a team environment

Highly regarded:

• Experience on subdivision and road projects valued between $1M and $20M
• Leading Hand experience
• Civil infrastructure project experience
