SRG Global is seeking qualified pipefitters for site-based work across the Kwinana Industrial Area and the Southwest. This role offers ongoing work with a strong pipeline, ten-hour days during shutdowns, and overtime opportunities.

Ideal candidates hold an Australian recognised trade certificate or Certificate III in Pipefitting, with heights, confined space, and potentially WP high-risk licences. Travel to various sites and a pre-employment medical are required.

Qualifications

• Australian recognised trade certificate or Certificate III in Pipefitting.
• Working Safely at Heights (completed within the last 2 years).
• Confined Space Entry (completed within the last 2 years).
• High Risk Work Licence (WP desirable).
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screening).
• Previous experience in shutdown or industrial maintenance environments.
• Willingness to travel to different sites and work flexible shutdown rosters.

Responsabilités

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, isometric drawings and specifications
• Removing, replacing and modifying pipework, valves, flanges and fittings during planned shutdowns and maintenance outages
• Measuring, marking, cutting, beveling and preparing pipe using hand and power tools
• Fitting and aligning pipe, valves, flanges and fittings ahead of welding
• Performing tack welding if qualified, or working closely with welders
• Using equipment such as band saws, pipe threaders, grinders, hydraulic benders and lifting equipment
• Checking dimensions and quality to ensure work meets project specifications and tolerances
• Working safely in live plant environments, following site permit and isolation requirements
• Working as part of a team to meet tight shutdown schedules

SRG Global is seeking qualified and experienced Pipefitters to join our team for site-based work across the Kwinana Industrial Area and multiple locations throughout the Southwest. With a strong pipeline of shutdown activity, this is an excellent opportunity for ongoing work with a reputable, growing company.

Key Responsibilities
