Zoom Recruitment is seeking dedicated pipe layers to join our client's team in Brisbane, Australia. This role focuses on the installation of water infrastructure for major road and infrastructure projects, delivering quality workmanship on a variety of sites and weather conditions.

You will collaborate with experienced crews to install stormwater, sewer, drainage systems and pits, read and interpret plans, mark out works, and autonomously set up dump lasers to ensure precise alignment while

Qualifications

• Valid Construction White Card.
• Current Driver's License and access to reliable transport.
• Proven experience in pipe laying across stormwater, sewer, drainage, pits, or water main projects.
• Capability to prepare work setups and operate lasers for the crew.
• Availability for consistent full-time work Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced pipe layers and operators on significant infrastructure projects.
• Install various types of water infrastructure, including stormwater, sewer, drainage systems, and pits.
• Work proficiently with concrete, polyethylene, and steel pipes.
• Interpret plans and drawings to execute jobs accurately.
• Mark out jobs and autonomously set up dump lasers to ensure precision in work.
• Ensure all project tasks are executed with safety and efficiency.
• Maintain a collaborative and inclusive work environment that respects diverse perspectives.
