Job summary

SIMPEC is seeking experienced Pipe Fitters for the Alcoa Residue Filtration Stage 2 Construction project in Pinjarra, WA. The roster is Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work on a 6+ month assignment, Drive in Drive Out arrangement available.

Essential qualifications/tickets include Construction Card, Australian Recognised Trade Certificate, High Risk Work Licence for Elevated Work Platform (>11m), Working at Heights within 2 years, Australian Working Rights, and the ability to pass a

Qualifications

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate relevant to pipe fitting.
• Construction Card held and valid in Australia.
• High Risk Work Licence for Elevated Work Platform (above 11m) valid.
• Working at Heights certificate updated within 2 years.
• Australian Working Rights in current status.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission piping systems in accordance with project drawings and specs.
• Work safely to meet quality, schedule, and commissioning requirements.

About the Role

SIMPEC will provide services for an industrial upgrade, delivering an extensive range of engineering disciplines and construction services including:

• Structural engineering and fabrication
• Mechanical systems installation
• Comprehensive piping networks
• Electrical systems and instrumentation controls
• Civil construction works for foundations and infrastructure
• Full commissioning services to ensure operational readiness

Roster: Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday work

Length of Project: 6+ months

Location: Pinjarra, WA
