Job summary

Pyramid Global Technologies Limited in Sydney seeks a Ping specialist to troubleshoot issues and drive proactive IT service management.

The role requires L2/L3 Ping expertise with Identity and Access Management exposure, RCA focus, and weekly SME reviews. Candidates should have scripting experience (Perl, shell, VBScript, JavaScript, batch) and a solid understanding of UNIX and Windows commands to support operations.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot issues and problems within Ping.
• L2/L3 level experience in Ping with exposure to IAM deployment and management preferably in Ping.
• Drive Problem Management with focus on RCA.
• Manage weekly reviews with other SME domains for complex IT environments.
• Experience writing server-level scripts (Perl, shell, VBScript, JavaScript, batch).
• Strong understanding of operational processes.
• Good understanding of UNIX and Windows server level commands.
