Job summary

Accenture Flex is hiring for a remediation pilot leadership role, onsite in selected U.S. locations. You will lead a pod focused on remediation of critical applications, coordinating with application owners, engineering SMEs, and currency leads to map architecture, dependencies, and remediation sequencing.

You will outline release constraints and testing dependencies to shape delivery plans for each app. The role requires 5+ years of experience with Core Java and remediation work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Core Java sustain progress experience required.
• High School Diploma OR GED

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead for the pilot pod focused on critical remediation and piloting remediation of a few critical apps.
• For each app, engage the relevant application owner, engineering SME, and business and function currency lead to understand the application architecture, technology stack, and known remediation constraints.
• Assess the specific vulnerability and currency findings per application, including component dependencies, blast radius, and cross application or cross BU integration risks.
• Identify release constraints, change authorization requirements, and testing dependencies that will govern the remediation approach for each application.
• Document the initial remediation approach and sequencing for each application, forming the basis of the application‑specific delivery plan.
