Job summary

DT Infrastructure is seeking a proactive Supervisor to drive day-to-day piling installation and mechanical tracker assembly across the Jinbi Solar Farm in Western Australia. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will coordinate and supervise crews, piling rigs, and mechanical teams to ensure safe installation and adherence to tolerances.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supervisor in piling, foundations, civil, or renewable energy construction.
• Track record managing piling operations, post-driving rigs, and tracker assemblies.
• Strong leadership with hands-on approach and safety focus.
• Deep commitment to WHS compliance and quality standards.
• Experience in daily work planning, resource allocation, and plant management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving to manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead site crews across piled, bored, CFA piling and module frame installs.
• Plan daily work schedules, manage piling rigs, allocate materials.
• Enforce WHS standards and resolve non-conformances quickly.
• Lead, train and manage site crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with superintendents and survey teams on tolerances.
• Track pile counts, maintain daily production logs, report progress.
• Ensure plant and equipment are used safely and demobilised efficiently.
