MCS Civil is seeking experienced Piling Rig Operators and Piling Crew Members to work on large-scale infrastructure projects across Regional NSW. You will operate 25T-65T IMT and Soilmec rigs, focusing on safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship in remote project environments.

The role requires a Piling Rig Operator Licence and VOC (SOA accepted). Expect a DIDO/FIFO roster with opportunities for career progression in a privately owned civil contractor with a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' piling or piling rig offsider experience.
• Licences and tickets listed in the requirements are expected.
• White Card and site safety compliance are mandatory.
• Pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening required.

Responsabilités

• Operate piling rigs safely and efficiently on site.
• Complete daily pre-starts and equipment inspections.
• Set up and position equipment for piling operations.
• Execute piling works per project requirements and specs.
• Monitor equipment performance and piling progress.
• Maintain records of operations and production.
• Communicate with Supervisors, Engineers and crews.
• Assist with general site duties as required.
