New Venture Recruitment seeks an experienced CFA and bored piling operator to join a modern five-rig fleet in South-East Queensland. You will set up, drill, concreting and complete piles to specification on civil and TMR foundation packages.

Qualifications

Company

A well-established Queensland civil engineering and construction contractor with over 45 years’ experience delivering technically complex infrastructure projects across the state. The business operates a dedicated piling fleet of five modern rigs and regularly undertakes foundation and CFA piling packages for TMR and other major clients.

Position

Operate CFA and bored piling rigs from a modern five-rig fleet (including HR260 and HR230 machines). Duties include setting up, drilling, concreting and completing piles to specification on civil and TMR foundation packages.

You

• Experienced CFA / bored piling operator with proven time on larger modern rigs
• Solid understanding of piling methodologies, quality requirements and site safety
• Reliable, safety-focused and able to work effectively within a small, high-performing crew
• Preferably based in South-East Queensland or willing to work across the region
