Job summary

Direct Freight Express Pty on the Sunshine Coast is seeking 5 experienced Delivery Drivers to support multi-drop deliveries and freight distribution from Coolum Beach, QLD. Roles require holding a C-Class and MR license (MR preferred), with forklift licence advantageous, and a commitment to safe vehicle operation.

PICKUP AND DELIVERY DRIVER REQUIRED - Class + MR license

Successful leading transport and logistics company seeking 5 experienced Delivery Driver for Sunshine Coast (Coolum Beach) QLD. (4 C-Class licence drivers required + 1 MR and forklift licence driver required)

Driver Role:

As a Local Driver your main responsibility is to ensure the efficient operation of the transportation and distribution of freight.

Role: PICK UP & DELIVERY DRIVER (C-Class & MR Licence - (4 C-Class licence drivers required + 1 MR and forklift licence driver required)

Expected Hours of Work: (40 hours per week + potential overtime)

MON - 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

TUE - FRI - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

This role will include, but is not limited to:

Performing daily multi-drop deliveries (general/bulk freight and pallets), including some hand unloading

Completing daily scheduled pickups

Safely operating your assigned vehicle and conducting daily vehicle checks

Accurately maintaining all freight and delivery documentation

About you:

HR or higher license desirable

Multi drop exp. in a similar company (minimum 12 months)

No more than 8 demerit points accumulated on licence

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including D & A test

Be prepared to provide a current licence history report for the previous five years
