Optimal Workforce is recruiting 40 reliable Pick Packers for a Brookvale campaign, offering full-time work from 11 November to 4 December with paid induction and training before starts.

Training runs 26 Oct–4 Nov. Duties include picking and packing orders with RF scanners, labeling and dispatch prep, and maintaining a fast, safe warehouse while meeting productivity and quality targets. Experience in pick packing or RF scanning is valued; candidates must be physically fit and team‑oriented.

PICKERS & PACKERS - NORTHERN BEACHES

Optimal Workforce is currently recruiting 40 reliable Pick Packers for a major campaign with our client based in Brookvale. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure full‑time consistent work from 11 November to 4 December, with paid training provided before commencement.

Training sessions will be conducted between 26 October & 4 November.

Available Shifts

• Day Shift - Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
• Afternoon Shift - Monday to Friday 4:00pm - 9:00pm
• Saturday Shifts - 14, 21 & 28 November 7:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday shifts will be offered to members of the existing campaign team only.

Duties Include:

• Picking customer orders using RF scanners
• Packing customer orders accurately
• Labelling and dispatch preparation
• Working within a fast‑paced warehouse environment
• Meeting productivity and quality standards
• Following workplace health and safety procedures

Training & Induction Successful applicants will be required to attend a paid induction and training program before the campaign begins.

Applicants must have fulltime working rights and be available to work all shifts.
