Optimal Workforce is recruiting 40 reliable Pick Packers for a Brookvale campaign, offering full-time work from 11 November to 4 December with paid induction and training before starts.

Training runs 26 Oct–4 Nov. Duties include picking and packing orders with RF scanners, labeling and dispatch prep, and maintaining a fast, safe warehouse while meeting productivity and quality targets. Experience in pick packing or RF scanning is valued; candidates must be physically fit and team‑oriented.

Qualifications

• Reliable and committed workers for the entire campaign.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Tech-savvy with scanners and warehouse technology.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team.
• Previous pick packing, warehouse or RF scanning experience preferred.
