Tara Treasures is seeking 1–2 reliable, energetic Picker/Packers & Warehouse Assistants to join our Melbourne-based warehouse team. This hands-on role involves order fulfilment and repetitive product preparation, with responsibilities including picking, packing, tagging, and stock organisation.

Ideal candidates are punctual, detail-oriented and comfortable working on their feet for extended periods. Casual shifts with potential progression to permanent part-time or full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in pick/pack, warehouse, or eCommerce fulfilment is valued.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing eCommerce and wholesale orders accurately.
• Wrapping and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
• Kitting and pre-packing products.
• Tagging, labeling and applying stickers.
• Folding and assembling packaging and boxes.
• Preparing products for sale and basic quality checks.
• Replenishing locations and organising stock.
• Assisting with stocktakes and inventory tasks.
• Maintaining a clean, safe warehouse
• General warehouse duties as required

Tara Treasures is a growing Australian brand creating beautiful, ethically handmade felt toys loved by families around the world.

Our products are designed in Melbourne and handcrafted by skilled artisans in Nepal. From our Braeside warehouse, our team prepares and dispatches orders to customers, retailers and stockists across Australia and internationally.

We’re looking for 1–2 reliable, energetic and detail-focused Picker/Packers & Warehouse Assistants to join our growing warehouse team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role involving both order fulfilment and repetitive product preparation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing eCommerce and wholesale orders accurately




• Wrapping and preparing customer orders for dispatch




• Kitting and pre-packing products




• Tagging, labelling and applying stickers




• Folding and assembling packaging and boxes




• Preparing products for sale




• Conducting basic quality checks




• Replenishing picking locations and organising stock




• Assisting with stocktakes and inventory tasks




• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse




• General warehouse duties as required

A significant part of the role involves repetitive hands-on work, so you must be comfortable performing tasks such as wrapping, tagging, stickering, packing and assembling packaging for extended periods while maintaining speed, accuracy and consistency.
