Job summary

Oriental Merchant, a leading wholesaler and distributor of authentic Asian food goods, is hiring a Picker and Packer with forklift operation at Carole Park, QLD. This is a full-time, day-shift role (Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm) within a growing FMCG company.

You will contribute to accurate order picking and packing, palletising, and safe forklift operation while maintaining high productivity and teamwork. Eligible applicants must have Australian working rights and a forklift licence.

Qualifications

• Australian working rights and must live in Australia.
• Proven accuracy and productivity in prior roles.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to work.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence; car access is advantageous.
• Ability to lift 25 kg.
• Forklift licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Order picking and packing products to meet daily targets.
• Palletising in a safe and efficient manner.
• Operate an electric pallet mover safely and within SOPs.
• Lift and move products up to 25 kg as needed.
• Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety principles.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor/manager.

We are looking for our nextPicker and Packer with forklift operationsto join our team at Carole Park, QLD.

This is afull-timeposition.

Day Shift

Monday to Friday: 10am - 6pm

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Order picking
• Packing Products
• Palletising in an eAicient and safe manner
• Operating an electric pallet mover in a safe manner
• Safe lifting of products
• Being mindful of Occupational Health and Safety principals
• Operating a forklift if licensed and required to do so Completing tasks in good time
• Performing other tasks as reasonably directed by the supervisor or manager.

To be successful you will need

• Full Australian working rights and MUST live in Australia
• Have a track record of accuracy and productivity
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality and commitment to work
• Have a positive attitude and able to work well in a team
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to own car is advantageous
• Ability to lift 25kgs
• Valid forklift licence is required.
