Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a reliable Picker/Packer to join the Wetherill Park warehouse on a permanent full-time basis. The role involves hands-on warehousing tasks in a fast-paced environment, including picking, packing, dispatch, and stock checks.

You should have a valid driver licence and experience in pick-packing or warehousing, with strong customer service and teamwork skills. Forklift licences and delivery driving experience are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid and Current Driver Licence.
• Previous experience in pick-packing, dispatch and/or general warehousing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to carry heavy items and follow manual handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Booking in freight via online portals and over the phone.
• Load/Unload delivery vehicles manually and forklift-assisted.
• Perform regular stock count and inventory checks.

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team member to join our team on a permanent full time basic at our Wetherill Park warehouse.

About the role:

As the Picker/Packer team member, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This is a hands-on position suitable for someone who enjoys fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders accurately and efficiently

Booking in freight via online portals and over the phone

Load/Unload delivery vehicles manually and forklift-assisted

Perform regular stock count and inventory checks

Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse

Serving Customers as required

About you

Valid and Current Driver Licence

Previous experience in pick-packing, dispatch and or general warehousing

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

Good customer service and communication skills

Physically fit and able to carry heavy items and follow correct manual handling procedures

Preferred but not essential

Valid and Current Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential)

Previous deliver driver experience (preferred but not essential)
