Job summary

Labour Solutions Group is seeking reliable pick packers, warehouse team members and forklift operators for ongoing roles across Melbourne's Western Suburbs. These positions offer Monday–Friday shifts, stable hours and the chance to work with leading ecommerce, retail and 3PL brands.

You will handle picking, packing, stock labeling and inventory checks, use RF scanners and WMS, and operate forklifts where licensed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, pick packing or distribution experience.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A current forklift licence (LF or LO) and relevant experience, if applying for forklift positions.
• Reliable transport and the ability to get to work consistently.
• Full availability Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately.

• Labeling, wrapping and preparing stock for dispatch.
• Completing stock replenishment and inventory checks.

Labour Solutions Group (LSG) is growing, and we're looking for experienced Pick Packers, Warehouse Team Members and Forklift Operators to join our warehouse teams across Melbourne's Western Suburbs.

We work with leading eCommerce, retail and 3PL businesses, offering ongoing opportunities for people who are dependable, hardworking and ready to commit to a regular Monday-to-Friday roster.

The Role

• Depending on your experience and the site you are placed at, your duties may include:
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Labelling, wrapping and preparing stock for dispatch
• Completing stock replenishment and inventory checks
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse
• Operating LF, LO or High Reach forklifts where appropriately licensed and required

Our warehouses operate in fast-paced environments where teamwork, accuracy and reliability are essential.

Shifts & Pay Rates

• Day Shift: $34.65 per hour
• Afternoon Shift: $37.91 per hour
• Forklift Operators: Higher rates apply depending on the position, licence and experience.

Ongoing weekday opportunities are available, with additional hours potentially offered during busy periods.

Important: You must be available to work Monday to Friday, five days per week, and be able to commit to an ongoing roster.
