Job summary

Resource Labour Hire in Keysborough is seeking casual Pick Packers / Assemblers for ongoing roles in a car parts manufacturing plant. Roles involve loading onto production lines, warehousing, and container unloading with forklift assistance, with some duties involving lifting heavy parts.

Clear communication, teamwork, and reliability are essential. Shifts are 6am/7am/9am starts with some afternoon slots, and the Hanging Crew commands higher pay.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25 kg daily.
• Must communicate and follow instructions.
• Willing to work Monday to Friday, no part-time shifts.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a factory setting.
• Potential for permanent position after 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Pick packing on production line and loading items onto the line.
• Warehousing tasks including stacking pallets.
• Container unloading with forklift assistance.

Resource Labour Hire is seeking ongoing staff for the following roles within a manufacturing plant building & making car parts - based in Keysborough

For some some positions within this client you'll be require to lift metal objects over 25kg continuously.

Casual Rate:These are entry skill level positions

Hanging Crew Day Shift $33.80ph

Afternoon Shifts receive a further 15% shift allowance

MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 25kg day in day out

Shift: various start times 6am / 7am / 9am - some afternoon shifts

Location Keysborough - this is a 4x4 car part accessory company

You must be able to communicate, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to work hard, common sense and the work alongside the supervisor building chassis, 4x4 parts and suspensions

Warehousing - stacking pallets

Container Unloading (Forklifts Assisting)

Pick Packer / Bolt Crews / Assemblersrequired with common sense, that work hard and reliable.

Pick Packer / Bolt Crews / Assemblers that can communicate, follow instructions and work as a team

Hanging Crew: lifting bars and sheets onto hooks ready for painting - some of these bars are 35kg. Teamwork essential and a degree of fitness & strength required.

In return:Casual Rates

Excellent Pay Rate Pick Packers / Bolt Crew / Assemblers $31.80ph (entry position) & $33.80ph for the Hanging Crew plus superannuation

Good hours with overtime paid at penalty rates after 8 hours per day or 38 hours per week

Good team and potential of perm position after 13 weeks
