Job summary

Toby's Estate Coffee Roasters is seeking a dedicated Pick Packer for our Alexandria warehouse. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, keeping the warehouse humming and ensuring customers receive their coffee on time.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced team, enjoy the aroma of coffee all day, and contribute to smooth warehouse operations while supporting stock counts and courier bookings.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and good communication are essential.
• Ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous pick packing experience in a food manufacturing setting is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.
• Check daily coffee deliveries and flag anything incorrect.
• Help Site Manager with stocktake prep and counting.
• Book courier pickups and manage labels, manifests and paperwork.
• Keep workspace tidy, organised and hazard-free.

The Role

We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic person to join our Toby’s Estate crew in Alexandria as a Pick Packer. This is a full-time position, 5 days a week (38 hours), perfect for someone who enjoys being part of a team, and doesn’t mind being surrounded by the smell of coffee all day! You’ll help keep our warehouse humming and make sure our customers get the goods they love – Coffee!

Your Responsibilities

As part of your role, a typical day would look like:

• Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy


• Jumping in to help with general warehouse tasks when needed


• Checking off daily coffee deliveries and flagging anything that doesn’t look right


• Helping the Site Manager with stocktake prep and counting


• Booking courier pickups and sorting labels, manifests, and paperwork


• Keeping your workspace tidy, organised, and hazard‑free

About You

We are looking for someone who is quick on their feet and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You will have great attention to detail, be able to communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team. If you come with previous pick packing experience, in a food manufacturing environment, that is an added bonus! You will also have access to all the coffee you can drink, beans to take home and an extra 5 days leave off per year!

This is a full-time Monday to Friday role based at our Alexandria warehouse with typical working hours of 8am - 4pm.
