HR Partners is seeking a reliable Pick Packer to join a premier farming and mining equipment supplier in Underwood, QLD. The role focuses on accurate paper-based picking, packing, and dispatch of parts in a busy warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and be comfortable with manual handling in a stable day shift from 8:30am to 5:00pm. On-site parking and a supportive team are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a pick packing or warehouse environment.
• Accurate paper-based order picking.
• Physically fit, punctual and able to perform manual handling.
• Safety boots (steel-cap) and high-visibility workwear required.

Responsibilities

• Accurate paper-based order picking using printed pick slips.
• Pack, label and dispatch agricultural and mining parts for delivery.
• Maintain clean, safe aisles and packing stations.
• Receive goods, place stock and support general storeperson duties.

About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Pick Packer to join a premier supplier of farming and mining equipment located in Underwood. This role is ideal for someone with strong warehouse experience who takes pride in maintaining an organized and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Paper-Based Picking: Accurately select and fulfill orders using printed pick slips.
• Packing & Dispatch: Carefully pack, label, and prepare agricultural and mining parts for delivery.
• Site Maintenance & Cleaning: Keep work areas, aisles, and packing stations clean, safe, and free of hazards.
• General Warehouse Duties: Goods receiving, stock placement, and general storeperson support.
