Bidfood Richlands is seeking reliable Pick Packers to join our Inala warehouse team. Sunday to Thursday, 11:54am to 8pm, you’ll pick and pack orders across dry, chilled and frozen zones, helping ensure timely deliveries for cafés, restaurants and institutions.

You’ll stay active in a fast-paced environment, maintain safety and cleanliness, and contribute to a supportive, nationwide employer. Prior warehouse experience is a bonus, but a strong attitude and willingness to learn are most valued.

Qualifications

• Physically fit with ability to handle cold environments.
• Experience in warehouse or fast-paced settings is a bonus.
• Reliable, eager to learn, punctual and team-focused.
• Forklift licence preferred but not essential.

Are you looking for steady work and being part of a great team in a role that fits your lifestyle? Bidfood Richlands is looking for reliable, hard-working people to join us as Pick Packers at our Inala warehouse. This role is for Sunday to Thursday, working from 11:54am to 8pm.

Bidfood is Australia's leading foodservice distributor, and so this role involves picking and packing orders for some of the country's busiest cafés, restaurants and institutions. It suits someone who wants to work hard, stay active and be part of a well-run operation - without being stuck behind a desk.

About the role

This role is all about getting customer orders ready quickly, accurately and with care. You'll work in freezer, chiller and dry areas, helping make sure deliveries go out on time, every time.

Your day will include:

• Picking and assembling orders to spec


• Moving between dry, chilled and frozen zones


• Keeping your area clean, organised and safe


• Helping your team meet daily targets


• Supporting the warehouse team when needed

You're physically fit, switched on and ready to get stuck in. You don't mind the cold, you show up on time and you get the job done properly. You take pride in being part of a team that keeps things moving.

You might have experience in a warehouse, kitchen or similar fast-paced environment, but the most important thing is your attitude. If you're reliable, willing to learn and ready to work, we'll show you the rest.

Skills and experience

You'll bring a solid work ethic, a practical mindset and the ability to handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will also be:

• Forklift licence preferred but not essential


• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work


• Have good time management and attention to detail


• Able to follow instructions and meet daily targets


• Comfortable working in cold environments (down to -25°C)


• Previous warehouse or picking experience is a bonus, but not a must
