Job summary

Optimal Recruitment Pty Ltd in Sydney's Northern Beaches is seeking a hands-on pick packer to ensure meals are prepared, packed correctly, and delivered on time. The role is based in Sydney and operates Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., in a small friendly team within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will pick customer orders, check quantities, scan and label items, handle stock, and maintain safety and accuracy while working in cold/frozen conditions with all gear provided.

Qualifications

• Has previous warehouse, pick packing or order fulfilment experience.
• Is reliable, hardworking and self-motivated.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick slips.
• Check products, quantities and batch numbers.
• Pack and seal customer orders to quality standards.
• Label and prepare orders for courier collection.
• Scan and update shipment information.
• Receive and check stock deliveries.
• Maintain accurate stock records.
• Follow food safety and quality procedures.
