Job summary

Hoban is seeking experienced inbound and outbound pick packers for their warehouse in Tullamarine, VIC. This hands-on role covers receiving, packing, dispatching, and stock control in a busy environment.

The position offers morning, midday, and afternoon shifts in a reliable team setting with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Candidates should have warehouse experience and be able to meet daily KPIs.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or pick packing experience.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to meet daily KPIs and productivity targets.
• Own transport and driver's licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately using RF scanners.
• Receiving and unloading inbound deliveries and checking stock.
• Preparing and dispatching outbound orders.
• Labeling, wrapping, and palletising products.
• Stock replenishment and put-away duties.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse.
• General warehouse and inventory support as required.

Our client is a leading warehousing and distribution business based in Tullamarine and is currently seeking experienced Inbound & Outbound Pick Packers to join their growing team. About the Role

This hands-on position will see you working across both inbound and outbound operations, ensuring stock is accurately received, processed, picked, packed, and dispatched to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately using RF scanners
• Receiving and unloading inbound deliveries
• Checking and processing incoming stock
• Preparing and dispatching outbound orders
• Labelling, wrapping, and palletising products
• Stock replenishment and put-away duties
• Conducting quality checks on products and orders
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
• General warehouse and inventory support as required

Skills & Experience
