Job summary

Dekro Recruitment is recruiting for Pick and Packers for a premium frozen food manufacturer in Melbourne. The role operates in a refrigerated environment, with potential -18 degree freezer work. Lifting is required, and candidates should be available for all five weekdays.

Experience in RF-based pick & pack and general warehouse labor is essential, along with strong OH&S knowledge. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly for interviews and testing as part of the process.

• Experience in Pick and Packing with RF systems.
• Experience as a warehouse laborer: put-away, container work, pick & pack.
• Cold room or freezer experience.
• A thorough knowledge of OH&S standards in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and packing customer orders and replenish products to picking stations.
• Be an integral part of the warehouse team in a cold storage environment.
• Follow OH&S standards and cooperate with random drug and alcohol testing.
• Assist with lifting as required during shifts.

5 days per week - Mon - Fri (You must be available for all 5 days).

Our valued client is seeking experienced pick and packers and warehouse laborer's to join their business.

They are a premium frozen food manufacturer.

The refrigerated (3 degrees) work environment may also includes freezer work, -18 degrees.

PLEASE NOTE: Lifting is required in this role.

The role is responsible for pick and packing customer orders and the replenishment of product to picking stations. You will be an integral part of the team.

Your background will ideally include the following experiences:

Experience in Pick and Packing with RF systems

Experience as a warehouse laborer: put-away, container work, pick & pack.

Cold room or freezer experience.

A thorough knowledge of OH&S standards in a warehouse environment.
