DXC Technology is seeking a PIAWE Specialist in Sydney to accurately calculate Pre-Injury Average Weekly Earnings for weekly compensation payments. You will work with Eligibility Case Managers to ensure timely, compliant calculations and maintain detailed audit-ready records.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with payroll to obtain and verify earnings data.
• Conduct detailed analysis of pre-injury earnings from payroll records.
• Accurately calculate PIAWE in line with state requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of compensation calculations for claims.
• Maintain documentation and methodologies for audits.
• Identify and escalate complex cases affecting claims decisions.
