Job summary

AFL Recruitment Pty Ltd. is seeking a Personal Injury Lawyer (Graduate-Junior) to join a nationally recognized plaintiff firm with a strong Queensland focus.

The role centers on CTP and public liability cases, with the candidate able to work from home predominantly, while occasional travel to Brisbane is expected. Ideal candidates are law graduates or admitted in Qld, with 12+ months PI experience and solid litigation, advocacy, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a law graduate or admitted as a lawyer in Queensland (Qld).
• Minimum 12 months+ Qld personal injury experience including CTP and public liability.
• Strong knowledge of QLD CTP legislation, court practice and procedure; litigation experience.
• Excellent communication, advocacy and people skills.
• Willingness to work predominantly from home (95%) with travel to Brisbane as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury matters focusing on CTP, motor vehicle accidents and public liability in Qld.
• Provide clear advice and advocate for plaintiff clients.
• Collaborate with senior counsel and travel to court or client meetings as needed.
