Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with relevant clinical knowledge, training and/or experience.
• Experience in operational planning, health service development and establishing or growing clinical services.
• Extensive experience in the delivery of effective clinical education and supervision of students.
• Experience delivering evidence-based assessment and intervention for individuals across the lifespan.
• Ability to teach clinical skills and supervise students on clinical placements.
• Understanding of health systems in Victoria (NDIS, My Aged Care) and partnerships/referral development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment, development and ongoing delivery of the Physiotherapy Clinic.
• Develop referral pathways and build relationships with external stakeholders and referrers.
• Support a sustainable clinical caseload aligned with service delivery and education requirements.
• Lead, manage and support a team of clinical educators in the discipline.
• Engage in training and professional development to maintain registration.
