Job summary

St Stephens Private Hospital in Hervey Bay, QLD, is seeking a dynamic Physiotherapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation in an acute setting. This role starts as a maximum-term full-time maternity leave cover, with a permanent opportunity for full- or part-time employment.

You will assess and treat patients after surgery or illness, work within a multidisciplinary team, and help restore movement and function with patient-centred care.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an acute tertiary hospital OR rehabilitation setting.
  • AHPRA registration is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and patient-centred care.

  • Employment Terms: Maximum term Full Time (12 months maternity leave cover) plus Permanent opportunity for Full time or Part time
  • Location: St Stephens Hospital, Hervey Bay QLD
  • Remuneration: $45.49 - $64.48 phr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our St Stephens team

Working with patients to maximise their physical potential and restore movement and function, you will provide treatment integral to recovery from surgery, illness and injury. With a focus on delivering high-quality, clinical care to patients within an acute setting, you’ll recognise the importance of multi-disciplinary approaches to rehabilitation; bringing an open, collaborative approach to patient-centred care.
