Job summary

Nimbus Health is recruiting a Physiotherapist to support clients in the southern suburbs of Brisbane, delivering community-based physiotherapy within home-care funding programs.

You will use clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice, work with a patient’s care team, and contribute to educational material development for partner organisations. A Bachelor Degree of Physiotherapy, current AHPRA registration, vaccination, and a valid car are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree of Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Evidence of COVID-19 and flu vaccination.
• Regular access to a car.
• Located in the southern suburbs of Brisbane.
• Positive attitude and strong desire to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy services in the community to clients funded through home care programs.

Our Brisbane team is growing and we're currently seeking Physiotherapists in the southern suburbs of Brisbane to join our dynamic team and help us deliver high-quality services to our clients!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy services in the community to clients receiving funding through the Support at Home program, Short Term Restorative Care, and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
• Utilise clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice
• Continually review our current processes with an eye for improvements, including updating our team wiki with best practice
• Work and communicate with your patient's care team, including other allied health professionals and care advisers at some of Australia's leading organisations
• Prepare training and educational materials for the organisations we work closely with
