Job summary

Nimbus Health is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Brisbane region team serving clients in the Gold Coast area. You will deliver community-based physiotherapy, applying clinical reasoning and evidence-based care to clients funded under national programs.

As part of a collaborative care network, you'll work with other allied health professionals and care advisers, contribute to process improvements, and help develop training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
• Current AHPRA registration
• Evidence of COVID-19 and flu vaccination
• Australian driver's license
• Regular access to a car
• Located in Gold Coast

Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy services in the community to clients funded through government programs.
• Utilise clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice.
• Review processes and update team wiki with best practice.
• Collaborate with clients' care teams and other allied health professionals.
• Prepare training and educational materials for partner organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy services in the community to clients receiving funding through the Support at Home program, Short Term Restorative Care, and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
• Utilise clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice
• Continually review our current processes with an eye for improvements, including updating our team wiki with best practice
• Work and communicate with your patient's care team, including other allied health professionals and care advisers at some of Australia's leading organisations
• Prepare training and educational materials for the organisations we work closely with

About You

• Bachelor Degree of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
• Current AHPRA registration
• Evidence of COVID-19 and flu vaccination
• A valid Australian driver's license
• Regular access to a car
• A positive attitude and strong desire to make a difference
• Located in Gold Coast
