Job summary

Health Workforce in Dalby, Queensland, invites applications for a structured two-year graduate program for newly graduated physiotherapists. You will work within a multidisciplinary allied health team across clinic, community and outreach settings with supervision and peer support.

You will build experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, chronic condition management and home-based interventions, with quarterly learning and development support, admin assistance and NDIS involvement.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised physiotherapy degree with eligibility for AHPRA registration.
• Current driver’s licence and valid Australian working rights are required.
• Graduate intake for 2027; employer-sponsored visa arrangements are not advertised.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment and plan interventions within a multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver physiotherapy interventions with supervised learning and supported outreach where applicable.
• Complete clinical documentation and participate in multidisciplinary case conferences.
