Job summary

Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a committed Physiotherapist to join the Northern Adelaide Rehabilitation Service for outpatient rehabilitation at Modbury Hospital, SA. The role is based in the Day Rehabilitation Service (SpARC) and supports a flexible 18.75 hours per week roster.

You will assess and treat rehabilitation outpatients, work within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to discharge planning and continuous improvement across NALHN sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in rehabilitation, aged care, or related acute clinical settings.
• Ability to manage an independent caseload with appropriate support.
• Strong communication within multidisciplinary teams and with patients/families.
• Familiarity with SA Health policies or ability to apply public health sector standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and deliver physiotherapy treatment for outpatients across a diverse caseload.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based care plans.
• Contribute to discharge planning and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in student supervision and professional development activities.
